Once we have reached a full live release of all main features that were included in the version that was merged, we should be much more stable again. This mostly shows itself in the issues we have had with character skills and leads to much more work both for us as well as for Lion Games, so a version merge like this will not be done again in the future.
But with time however, we saw that this also brought with it a lot of issues that we did not anticipate. Initially, it worked well and as intended. We had done this already once in the past, and so we were confident that we could execute it once more without any major issues. This gave us the chance to release Chii much earlier than otherwise possible. Last year, we were able to adjust the sequence of content a bit by doing a version merge between ours and the Korean version, giving us more freedom in terms of the order of content. Often times, certain versions and contents are a pre-requisite for the release of others, meaning a certain order has to be followed. As Lion Games has to provide the patches for us, their initial input on what order of content is possible is very important and necessary before we can plan what to actually release and when. Generally, all of the actual release planning is discussed collaboratively, until we decide on a final release plan together. After that, we are currently planning to release the Hidden Hideout raid, followed by the Chii Advancement and Corrupted Record - we of course know that many of you have been asking for Corrupted Record, but due to the nature of the content and other releases taking priority, we decided together with Lion Games, to push back its release.
